About Kendra
I am a Registered Dietitian, youth girls volleyball coach, and proud dog mom. I currently work as a Registered Dietitian in an eating disorder unit treating both adults and adolescents. I hold a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from North Dakota State University and am a Licensed Registered Dietitian (LRD). I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals managing eating disorders, chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, and heart disease, as well as those seeking to improve overall health and wellness.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition care follows an âall foods fitâ framework, prioritizing individualized, evidence-based nutrition without labeling foods as âgoodâ or âbad.â This approach supports long-term health, flexibility, and a positive relationship with food.
Your first session with Kendra
Your first nutrition therapy session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a welcoming and supportive space. Weâll talk about your health history, eating habits, and whatâs bringing you to nutrition therapy. Together, weâll set realistic goals that fit your lifestyle and what matters most to you. Youâll leave the session with practical, personalized nutrition ideas to start working toward your goals, along with time to ask questions and talk through any challenges you might anticipate along the way.
