About Kendra

Hi, I’m Kendra — a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor based in Tucson, AZ. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Nutrition & Dietetics from Hunter College. I’m passionate about helping people build a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. My background spans hospital, residential, and outpatient care, and I specialize in eating disorders, sports nutrition, perinatal nutrition, and the connection between food and mental health. I also have a soft spot for pediatrics — especially helping little ones (and their families) start solids with confidence.

Approach to care

I take a holistic approach to nutrition counseling, considering not just what you eat, but how you move, how you feel in your body, and how all of these pieces fit into your daily life. I practice from a non-diet, weight-inclusive (HAES) perspective, and believe that health and well-being can look different for everyone.

Your first session with Kendra

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your relationship with food, your medical history, your routines, and anything else that feels relevant to your care. There’s no pressure to have all the answers — this is simply a space for you to share your story at your own pace. This conversation helps me start building a plan that’s personalized to your needs, preferences, and goals. It’s also your time to ask questions, express concerns, or just get a feel for what it’s like to work together. My goal is to make sure you feel supported, respected, and heard from the very beginning.
