About Kendre

I am a Registered Dietitian with 5 years of experience in the field of nutrition, including 3 years in food service and 2 years in clinical dietetics. My background has given me a well-rounded perspective on nutrition—from large-scale food operations and menu planning to individualized clinical care. I value practical, evidence-based nutrition and enjoy working closely with individuals to support their health in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where people feel comfortable, heard, and empowered to make lasting changes.

Approach to care

My approach to care as a Registered Dietitian is supportive, collaborative, and individualized. I believe nutrition should feel approachable—not overwhelming—so I take time to understand each person’s unique experiences, preferences, culture, and goals. Together, we focus on practical strategies that fit real life, build confidence around food, and support overall health and well-being. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make sustainable changes.
