Person-centered approach: I want to find out what works for your life, and help you succeed. Everyone has different genetics, environmental factors and preference. I honor the diversity and want to design solutions that would work for you! Your first session with Keng-I
I work with my patients on weekly interventions to create sustainable lifestyle changes. For pediatric patients: 10 minutes at the first session to discuss and define session structure of designated time for parent and/or children. For follow-up/switch provider patients: I will plan to review the journal and previous progress prior to the appointment. For all patients: Review Nourish Philosophy. I will plan to review the intake ahead if completed. Please prepare to spend time confirming and/or share your desired outcome, current lifestyle and preferences if not already included in the intake.
