Hi, my name is Kenzie! I’m a Registered Dietitian with experience in performance nutrition, lifestyle management, weight management, and meal planning. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, whether you have a packed schedule or more flexibility in your day.

My approach to care focuses on making realistic, achievable changes that meet you where you are. I don’t believe in setting goals that feel overwhelming or out of reach. Instead, I love celebrating the small wins along with you, every step of the way!
Your first session with Kenzie
In our first session, my main focus is getting to know you and how your life works. From there, I tailor nutrition and lifestyle strategies to meet you where you are, so we can create meaningful, lasting changes that fit into your everyday life. We’ll talk about your daily routine, hobbies, and the people who matter most to you.

I have a Bachelors and Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Tennessee Knoxville

My hobbies include going on nature walks with my husband, playing with our dog, and spending time with friends and family!
