About Keri-Ann
Hi! I’m a Los Angeles based Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience helping individuals improve their health through nutrition. I truly believe in the power of nutrition and want to help others believe it too. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of populations—from adolescence to seniors, and to those managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and gastrointestinal disorders. Aside from nutrition, I love being physically active. Weight lifting has been my movement of choice, but I always love finding new ways to challenge myself.

I believe in meeting you where you are. I will support your goals and help you reach them as long as they are healthy and sustainable. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and personalized care. I believe that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I strive to empower each client with practical tools and support tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Your first session with me is all about getting to know you—your goals, your lifestyle, and your relationship with food. We’ll talk about your medical background, eating habits, activity level, sleep, stress, and anything else that impacts your health. Then we'll work together to set goals and create actions steps to reach your goals.
