About Keri

Hi, I'm Keri. I've spent 21 years as a Registered Dietitian, with a degree from Pennsylvania State University, and a career that has taken me from research into clinical and hospital settings to private practice and community health. I am a board certified Oncology Dietitian and have a specialty working with enteral and parenteral nutrition. I am a working mom of two teenagers, so I understand how health goals have to fit into a busy life. I'm here to listen, learn, and support you with warmth and practicality.

Approach to care

My care philosophy blends collaboration, compassion, and evidence. I stay rooted in current research and practical protocols while keeping a warm, nonjudgmental stance. We'll explore your relationship with food and health together and translate science into clear, doable steps. I practice with a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size mindset that emphasizes sustainable behavior changes over quick fixes. My approach is holistic and educational, aiming to empower you to make informed choices that fit your life, values, and priorities.

Your first session with Keri

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and establish short-term goals in a low-pressure, judgment-free conversation. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet; just show up as you are. I'll listen to your daily routines, preferences, and concerns, and together we'll outline 1-2 realistic steps to start moving toward your goals. Think of it as a friendly, collaborative conversation that sets a hopeful path forward.
