About Kerigan
Hello, my name is Kerigan Specht. I have been a registered dietitian for 5 years. I also work as a clinical inpatient dietitian with a variety of adult populations. I have great experience in cardiac, diabetes, critical care, transplant, and general medicine.
Approach to care
My approach to care is a combination of patient centered, evidence based, and collaborative. I focus on understanding and prioritizing my patient's individual needs, preferences, and personal goals. I also use current nutrition guidelines to develop individualized care plans for my patients. My aim is to provide nutrition care that is both clinically effective and realistically achievable.
Your first session with Kerigan
At your first session, we will start off by getting to know one another. I will obtain a strong nutrition background and thorough health history in order to provide the best care possible. We will explore the best nutrition plan of care based on your individual needs. We also will establish nutrition related health goals that we will work on achieving.
