About Kerri
Hi, I’m Kerri. I’m an integrative and functional dietitian with 16 years of experience and a master’s degree in nutrition and functional medicine. I tend to ask “why?”—because I care about understanding what’s really driving symptoms, not just managing them. I work with adults and children navigating complex health concerns, including gut and metabolic health, bone health, body composition, diabetes care, and neuroimmune conditions. My work blends solid nutrition science with practical strategies that make sense in real life.
Approach to care
My care is rooted in functional and integrative nutrition, with a focus on identifying root causes and supporting the body through food, lifestyle, and individualized strategies. I emphasize whole-food nutrition and consider how digestion, metabolism, stress, environment, and medical history interact to influence health. I use current nutrition science and functional frameworks to guide recommendations, while keeping them practical and applicable to everyday life. Rather than following rigid protocols, I tailor each plan to the individual, using nutrition as a foundation and adjusting based on response, goals, and ongoing needs. My focus is on helping clients understand what’s driving their health concerns and how to address them in a thoughtful, sustainable way.
Your first session with Kerri
Your first session is a collaborative conversation focused on understanding your full health picture. We’ll review your history, current concerns, lifestyle factors, goals, and any relevant lab work to determine where to begin. You’ll leave with clear next steps, initial nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and a plan designed to feel manageable and purposeful. Sessions are grounded in science, guided by experience, and centered on helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
