Kerri goes above and beyond with research and sharing her nutrition expertise. She explains it in ways I can understand and gives fact based evidence for why she's suggesting recipes, types of food and specific foods to help keep me in balance and on track.“

Approach to care
Kerri specializes in intuitive eating and mindful eating practices from a weight-neutral, non-diet approach that aligns with the Health at Every Size® philosophy. She uses a collaborative approach to help her clients understand their relationship with food and discover eating strategies that are unique to them and the life they want to live.
Your first session with Kerri
Your initial session with Kerri will begin with a nutrition assessment. Kerri will be gathering information to gain a better understanding of your medical history, daily routines, and nutritional habits. This will allow her to develop a nutrition plan tailored to your personal needs and lifestyle. Once the assessment is complete, Kerri will work with you to make a plan for one or two small goals to help get you started on your journey to better health.
