About Kerry
Hi! My name is Kerry, and I am Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN). I joined Nourish with 6 years of well-rounded clinical experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. I enjoy providing my patients with an individualized approach to meet their specific lifestyle, needs, and goals. By translating evidence-based nutrition research into accessible education for my patients, we can work together to set realistic goals and guide you along your health journey.
Approach to care
Grounded in current research, I help patients build sustainable habits that fit real life, not temporary fixes. I take a weight-neutral, HAES-informed stance and focus on behaviors, education, and whole-person factors like sleep and stress. We’ll work together to set clear, actionable steps and I’ll explain the why behind each recommendation so you can make informed choices. My style is warm and nonjudgmental, direct when needed, and always oriented toward long-term, manageable change.
Your first session with Kerry
Expect a calm, collaborative conversation where we’ll review your medical history, current routines, and what matters most to you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about wins, frustrations, and realistic priorities, then establish short-term goals that feel doable. You’ll leave with clear next steps and tools to try, and we’ll adjust the plan together as you progress.
