About Keyri
I'm a bilingual registered dietitian dedicated to helping patients build sustainable, enjoyable habits that support their long-term health. I have experience in long-term care, weight management, and eating disorder treatment, and I approach nutrition with empathy, patience, and evidence-based strategies. My goal is to empower every patient to feel confident in their choices and build a healthier relationship with food.
Approach to care
I take a patient-centered and compassionate approach to care, meeting each person where they are and building realistic, sustainable nutrition habits together. I believe in creating a supportive, judgment-free space where patients feel heard and empowered, focusing on long-term lifestyle changes to support overall health and well-being.
Your first session with Keyri
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about your health goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you’ve been facing. I’ll ask questions to better understand your medical history, eating patterns, and preferences so we can create a plan that feels realistic and personalized. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling supported, heard, and with clear next steps.
