About Kim

Hi, I'm Kim, a Registered Dietitian and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant based in Queen Creek, Arizona. I bring eight years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food across community health, clinical, and private practice settings. I earned my BS in Dietetics from Arizona State University, and I carry the credentials IBCLC and RDN, which reflect my ongoing commitment to nutrition and lactation support. Outside of work you'll often find me outdoors, kayaking, paddle boarding, camping, or boating, and at home I care for my four daughters and our 13 pets. Adventure informs my approach: curious, practical, and patient-centered.

Approach to care

My care philosophy blends evidence-based practice with empathetic guidance and practical education. I ground our plan in current science, but I won't overwhelm you with jargon. We'll work as a team, turning knowledge into doable steps that fit your day, your family, and your values. I practice with a Health At Every Size mindset and a holistic view that considers sleep, stress, and routines, not just meals. Our goal is lasting change, built on curiosity, compassion, and sustainable habits.

Your first session with Kim

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll start by reviewing your medical history, and we'll discuss any lab work or biometrics, plus short-term goals in a way that feels doable. This is a judgment-free, low-pressure conversation where you don't need to have everything figured out yet. I'll listen, share practical next steps we can begin together, and we'll talk about how a patient-centered, collaborative plan can fit your pace, preferences, and journey.
