About Kim
Hi! My name's Kim and I'm so glad you've chosen to check out my page. I've been a registered dietitian for 4 years, with most of my experience being in the acute setting of hospitals. While I see patients and work with clients of all needs and goals, I specialize in performance nutrition and oncology. If you're an athlete looking to optimize your performance or a regular gym-goer just trying to gain some muscle, I'd love to help! I also have a personal history of an eating disorder, and can therefore relate to those working to overcome that as well. Everyone is unique and therefore requires an individualized plan in order to best meet their needs and accomplish their goals. As my client, you can expect to not only have a personal dietitian to help you meet your health goals, but a personal cheerleader to support and encourage you every step of the way. I am so blessed to have my passion be my career and can't wait to start working with you!

I create personalized nutrition plans, knowing that we are all unique and therefore have unique needs and goals. I desire for everyone to have a positive relationship with food and take into consideration your personal food preferences, activity level, lifestyle, and health goals in order to help you achieve the greatest level of success. I specialize in performance nutrition and oncology, however love working with anyone wanting to be the best version of themselves that they can.
Your first session with Kim
In your first session, you can expect for us to get to know each other and start to build a relationship. We will discuss lifestyle, eating habits/diet, and goals among other things. Together, we’ll create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your needs and preferences. You may also receive handouts, resources, and practical tips, such as meal planning guides and snack ideas, to help make changes at home. My goal is to provide support and tools that empower you to make informed, lasting nutrition choices for your health and well-being.
