Your first session with Kim
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your goals, lifestyle, health history, and eating habits in a relaxed, supportive setting. There’s no judgment and no pressure — just a conversation focused on helping you feel your best. Sessions typically last around an hour. You don’t need to prepare anything, but you can bring lab work, medication lists, or a food diary if you’d like. Come as you are — this is a space where you’re heard and supported. Future visits will build on what we discuss, offering continued support and adjustments along the way.
