About Kim
I am a Registered Dietitian with over 14 years of experience assisting clients with their nutrition goals. I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with a strong track record of helping clients lower A1C. I assist clients with Diabetes, GI (IBS, CVS), Migraines, Heart Health, CKD, Weight Loss, and Sports Nutrition. When not helping my clients, you can find me in the outdoors! I’m an avid hiker, cyclist, and skier. I’ve played ice hockey for 30 years! I'm also a huge animal lover!
Approach to care
I'm here to guide you through your journey. I provide support and accountability and a focus on the "how". Most of us know what to do, but how to actually accomplish our goals in this crazy world can be another story! That is where follow up sessions are so important to continue to explore how best to assist you in reaching your health goals.
Your first session with Kim
I provide personalized treatment plans, beginning with an initial session to review your health history, explore your relationship with food and body, and address any questions or concerns. Follow-up sessions offer continued support and collaboration as you progress on your journey. You can expect to come away with a plan of where to start on your nutrition journey! We’ll start by seeing where you’re currently at and then making small achievable goals to assist you in your journey! By doing this, it’ll take away the overwhelm so you’ll know just what to do!
