Approach to care
My approach to care is helping people improve their health by understanding their unique needs and creating personalized nutrition plans. I focus on evidence-based guidance, realistic goals, and long-term lifestyle changes—not quick fixes. I consider your medical history, eating habits, cultural preferences, and daily routine to make recommendations that fit your life. My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, and centered on helping you build healthier habits step by step.
