About Kimberly

Hi there! My name is Kimberly, and I currently reside in southeastern Ohio. I have been a dietitian for 16 years and have worked within multiple areas including weight management, healthy eating, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, GI conditions (Celiac Disease, Crohn's disease, IBS, IBD), and sports nutrition just to name a few. I really enjoy talking with clients, learning their "why" so I can best assist them in their nutrition/lifestyle journey. I love to help clients create a positive relationship with food, learn to love themselves, and live life to the fullest while using nutrition to help meet their goals. If you are looking for someone who will listen to your concerns and help create sustainable, lasting changes, book with me today!!

Approach to care

Nutrition can feel so overwhelming, but I’m here to help make things easier. I offer practical guidance tailored to your day-to- day by empowering you to build a healthy relationship with food, trust your intuition, and create a positive outlook in relation to overall wellness without an all or nothing mindset. No matter what your goal, I’m here to help you feel great and confident in utilizing nutrition and wellness to meet your goals.

Your first session with Kimberly

During our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know each other so that we can establish a solid foundation and I can gain a better understanding of your goals. We'll discuss your medical history, current goals, and a typical day in your life. We'll identify some things that are working well and discuss potential barriers to meeting your goals. This session will help us create a plan that will best work for your journey and we'll then work to determine some short-term and long-term goals and move to set up our next session!
