About Kimberly
Hi my name is Kimberly Bond. I am a registered dietitian with over 25 years of experience helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through personal nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I hold a bachelor of science in exercise science and kinesiology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I then went on to complete my dietetic internship at Iowa State University. My areas of expertise include nutrition for cardiac and kidney health, weight management, nutrition for autoimmune conditions, and nutrition for fitness and sports performance.
Approach to care
I bring a collaborative and supportive approach to my work, believing that every client deserves a plan tailored to their unique needs, lifestyle, and pace. The best part about being a dietitian is getting to know the clients I work with and seeing them succeed.
Your first session with Kimberly
Your first session will be about getting to know you, your lifestyle, and schedule. It will be about discussing your goals, both big and small to determine how we can meet those goals. We will make a plan together based on how you like to learn and communicate.
