About Kimberly

Hi there! My name is Kimberly and I am a Registered Dietitian from Maurice, Louisiana. I obtained my Bachelor’s of Science at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and I have 14 years of clinical nutrition therapy experience. Having had my own struggles to maintain a healthy weight and balance the busy life of being a wife and mom of four, I am passionate about helping others achieve their healthiest self through nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Approach to care

My approach is patient-centered. I believe there is no one size fits all plan when it comes to nutrition. Together we will focus on your highest concerns and put together a nutrition and wellness plan focusing on buildable habits that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Your first session with Kimberly

During our first session we will get to know one another and begin to develop a plan that is right for you. We will go over your everyday eating habits, food preferences, medical history, and exercise regimen. We will then construct realistic and attainable goals. Lastly, we will discuss a plan for follow-up sessions and any additional support you may need. I am here to support you every step of the way!
