About Kimberly
As a Dietitian, my mission and passion have always been rooted in helping individuals reach sustainable lifestyles through evidence-based nutrition. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals focused on weight loss journeys, lifestyle changes, and fitness goals. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing on the beach, visiting new restaurants and going for bike rides!
Approach to care
I take a holistic, personalized approach where I start by understanding the individual's unique challenges, motivations, and lifestyle, ensuring that the plan we develop aligns with their needs and preferences. Whether it’s through tailored sustainable nutrition advice or mindset coaching, my goal is to empower clients to make lasting changes. I emphasize consistency over perfection, helping them stay motivated through small, achievable milestones. I also encourage self-compassion, as setbacks are part of the journey, and I work closely with each person to adjust strategies as they progress, ensuring that they stay on track toward long-term success.
Your first session with Kimberly
In your first nutrition meeting with me, you can expect a supportive and informative session focused on understanding current habits, health goals, and challenges. We’ll begin by discussing your lifestyle, dietary preferences, and any medical or fitness considerations that could impact your nutrition plan. I’ll ask questions to help identify areas where that we can build on together. From there, we’ll work together to set realistic, achievable goals, whether it’s improving energy levels, losing weight, or building healthier habits. I’ll provide clear, actionable advice tailored to your unique needs, and we'll discuss strategies for making sustainable changes. It’s a collaborative conversation, designed to help you feel empowered and motivated to take control of your nutrition in a way that feels right for you.
