About Kimberly
Iām a Registered Dietitian and yoga teacher with a holistic and realistic approach to health. Over the last decade, Iāve supported people in everything from clinical care to one-on-one coaching, and I often bring in a functional nutrition perspective to better understand digestion, metabolism, and overall balance. Iām passionate about helping you feel confident in your food choices and at home in your body. I believe nutrition should be practical, enjoyable, and flexible, not restrictive. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build sustainable habits that align with your lifestyle and health goals.
Approach to care
My approach blends science-based nutrition with a whole-person perspective. Together, weāll look not only at what you eat, but also at your stress, sleep, movement, and daily habits ā the factors that shape your metabolism and overall health. I use a ānutrition by additionā philosophy, focusing on what we can add to support your body rather than what you have to cut out. My goal is to give you realistic strategies that fit everyday life, so you can build confidence, improve your energy, and reach your goals without rigid rules or quick fixes. Iām here to support progress, not perfection.
Your first session with Kimberly
In our first session, Iāll take time to get to know you ā your health history, daily routines, food preferences, and goals. Weāll talk through whatās been working, what hasnāt, and where youād like to feel better. By the end of our visit, youāll walk away with a clear starting plan that feels doable and tailored to you. Think of this as the beginning of a partnership: my role is to guide and support you, while we build strategies together that you can sustain long-term.
