About Kimberly
Hi! I'm Kimberly Kramer, a Registered Dietitian based out of Cleveland Ohio. My passion is revolved around helping individuals manage chronic diseases through food; and this simply evolved because I got diagnosed with Celiac disease. Over the last 7 years of being a Registered Dietitian, I have specialized in GI disorders (celiac, Crohns, IBS), renal disorders/dialysis/CKD (working in dialysis currently), and sports nutrition (fueling for races, competitions, weight loss or weight gain, muscle building).
Approach to care
My approach to care is simple - I truly believe that change only works long term if we start with the easiest, smallest goals first. Once we tackle those smaller goals, we can get more elaborate and specific. Bigger changes stack on smaller changes.
Your first session with Kimberly
You can expect the first session to be laid back and relaxed. There is no judgement on your starting point! We will come up with a few goals in our first session that will feel simple, easy and encouraging. In our follow up session, we can start to target long term goals and change that will last (no yo-yo dieting or quick solutions that backfire later).
