About Kimberly
Hi, I'm Kim, a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience. I earned my Bachelor's in Nutrition Science from West Chester University and have worked in Clinical/Hospital, Private Practice, and Dialysis settings. I am credentialed as an RD, LDN, and I use these credentials to inform thoughtful, science-based guidance. When I'm not at the office, I love spending time with family and friends and teaching my two young kids how to cook. I value real conversations, practical tips, and a warm, approachable presence that helps you feel seen and supported.
Approach to care
Collaborating with you, I blend evidence-based science with an empathetic, warm approach. I believe nutrition plans should be clear and doable, with direct action steps and accountability that fit your life. My practice embraces a holistic view, focusing on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. Education is a core part of our work together, helping you understand what matters most so you can make informed choices while feeling supported and heard.
Your first session with Kimberly
Our first appointment is a chance to get to know you and your goals without pressure. We'll review your medical history, look at labs and biometrics, and establish short-term goals that feel doable. Think of it as a collaborative conversation where you can share what has helped before and where you want to go next. You don't need to have everything figured out in advance; we'll build a personalized plan together and set a clear path for our next steps.
