About Kimberly
Kim has been a dietitian for over 25 years. She has worked in clinical, outpatient and university settings. She LOVES being a dietitian and her favorite part of her job is helping people find the small, dietary changes that can have big impacts on their quality of life. She has almost 20 years of food allergy experience both as a mom of child with food allergy and as a campus dietitian. In addition to food allergies Kim has a special interest in IBS, the changes women go through in menopause, and repairing ones relationship with food. She recognizes that though many people share the end goal of good health, the journey there will look different for everyone.
Approach to care
Kim has a non-diet, non-judgmental, realistic approach to care. She believes a healthy relationship with food is at the core of any healthy way of eating.
