About Kimberly

Hi, I’m Kim—a registered dietitian driven by a passion for nutrition education and empowering others to eat with confidence, not guilt. After 15 years in the corporate world, I know firsthand the challenges of balancing long workdays with personal well-being. That experience fuels my approach: translating evidence-based nutrition into practical, judgment-free guidance for real life. I help individuals navigate today’s complex food landscape and embrace a balanced lifestyle that honors both health and happiness—one meal, one moment, one mindset at a time.

Approach to care

My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and personalization. I believe nutrition should reflect the uniqueness of each individual—because every body has its own story. I combine clinical expertise with real-world strategies to create a plan that’s practical, sustainable, and tailored to your life. No judgment, no rigid rules—just flexible support that grows with you. I’ll help you build a positive, informed relationship with food by cutting through diet myths and reconnecting with what truly nourishes your body and mind. From celebrating milestones to navigating challenges, we will work together to support your goals and adjust the path as your needs evolve.

Your first session with Kimberly

During our first session, I’ll take time to understand your health history, nutrition goals, lifestyle, and what truly matters to you. We'll explore past approaches, current routines, and the motivation behind your desire for change. Through thoughtful conversation, we'll uncover what's been working and what hasn’t, and begin crafting a personalized plan that fits your life. To help you build momentum, I typically recommend weekly sessions in the beginning to give you the consistent support you need to feel comfortable and empowered.
