About Kimberly
I am a dietitian, wife, and mother. I've been a dietitian since 2022 and have enjoyed every minute of it. I love everything about food: learning about it, cooking it, and eating it. I love being a dietitian because I get to talk about food all day. I am happy to say that I chose the perfect career.
Approach to care
My approach to being a dietitian is very evidence-based yet individualized. Every person is unique in their food preferences, culture, and views about food. I make it my mission to ensure each client I work with knows that I see them and hear them. They are more than just a number to me. Dietitians can change lives and that is my goal - to change lives for the better.
Your first session with Kimberly
In our first session, you can expect me to ask you plenty of open-ended questions with the goal of getting to know more about you. Don't expect for me to lecture you on "bad foods" or why your current diet is not good. I am not the food police. Expect to be open and honest about your health and nutrition goals, your previous experiences attempting to reach these goals, and your "why." We will discuss short and long term goals and what you need from me to support you in reaching those goals.
