About Kimea

I’m a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people build a positive, sustainable relationship with food, body, and health. I take time to understand each client’s unique lifestyle, culture, and goals so we can create nutrition strategies that are realistic and effective. With a Master’s in Applied Nutrition and over 1,200 hours of supervised practice across clinical, community, pediatric, and foodservice settings, I bring a broad perspective to nutrition care. My specialties include general wellness, chronic disease prevention, pediatric and family nutrition, disordered eating, and culturally inclusive counseling. I don’t believe in quick fixes. My goal is to help you find sustainable solutions that fit your real life. Outside of work, I love cooking Persian meals, baking, walking, and spending time with my husband and our fur children.

Approach to care

My approach is all about helping you make real, lasting changes in a way that feels doable and true to you. I blend science-based evidence with an understanding of your values, culture, and lifestyle, so we can create a plan that actually fits your life, and helps you feel your best.

Your first session with Kimea

Our first session is all about getting to know you. Before setting goals, I take time to understand your lifestyle, food culture, health history, and relationship with food. We’ll explore what’s been working, what’s felt challenging, and what a healthy, sustainable approach to eating could look like for you. We’ll discuss your food preferences and traditions, health and diet history, daily routines, and what you hope to achieve. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and practical first steps tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and confident that we’re building a plan that fits your real life — not just your plate.
