About Kinsey
Hi, I’m Kinsey! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others leverage nutrition to improve their quality of life, performance, and relationship with food. My background in sports and performance nutrition with Division I athletes has influenced how I adapt care to meet individual needs and goals. I know your nutrition journey is unique—whether you’re managing a chronic condition, working on performance goals, or simply looking to feel better in your day-to-day life, I’m here to help. When I'm not working, you'll find me rock climbing or adventuring outside!
Approach to care
My care philosophy is rooted in kindness, collaboration, and respect for each individual. I take a person-centered, weight-neutral, and evidence-based approach, meeting clients where they are and supporting them in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. I believe nutrition care should be empowering, not overwhelming, and I work alongside clients to help them make meaningful changes that support their health and the life they want to live.
Your first session with Kinsey
Our first session is about getting to know you. Together, we’ll start building the foundation for a healthier life that helps you show up more fully for what matters most to you. I approach care with compassion and curiosity, taking time to understand everything from your medical history to your relationship with food. From there, we’ll work together to set goals that are realistic, personalized, and truly meaningful to you. You’ll leave the session with a clear starting point and practical next steps for your nutrition journey.
