Your first session with Kinsley
During an initial session, Kinsley's main goal is building rapport and hearing your story. Only YOU are the expert in your story! We will complete a nutrition assessment that includes many questions about your medical history, lifestyle and nutrition patterns allowing me to develop a comprehensive nutrition plan tailored to meet your goals and needs. Once the assessment is complete, we will create a few realistic achievable goals together to begin the journey towards healing & behavior change.
