About Kirby
Howdy! My name is Kirby and I am a Dietitian based in the DFW area. I currently work in a hospital setting, but am also passionate about helping people understand how their nutrition connects to their health in an enjoyable and meaningful way. My background in both clinical and community settings gives me a well-rounded perspective to help tailor insights to suit your needs. My hope is to help you optimize your health and to enjoy what you eat!
Approach to care
With my experience in clinical care, I follow an evidence-based approach that includes the latest research and is customized to fit your specific needs. I believe that patients play a key role in their own health journeys, and I'm dedicated to helping you reach your goals!
Your first session with Kirby
The first session ultimately helps to lay the foundation of the patient-clinician relationship. We will go over relevant past medical history, current goals and set backs, and set a plan for future sessions. In addition, we will look at labs, current dietary habits, and cover any foundational nutrition knowledge to start you off on the right foot. Let's get to work!
