About Kitchie
Hello! I am very excited to meet you! I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, and I truly enjoy learning about nutrition and teaching my clients how to use food to support their health. From a young age, I understood the power of food—how it can bring people together, nourish us, and at times contribute to health challenges. I also saw firsthand how the right foods can help heal and restore the body.
Approach to care
I believe in using a patient-centered approach and pairing it with scientific, evidence-based nutrition to help guide you in creating your personalized goals. I will listen to your experiences, preferences, and challenges so we can build a plan that truly fits you. I want to help you create strategies for yourself that are practical, effective, and sustainable—supporting long-term success in a way that feels empowering and realistic for you.
Your first session with Kitchie
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and building a comfortable, supportive rapport. This helps me understand who you are beyond your symptoms or goals. I’ll ask about your lifestyle, health history, eating patterns, daily routines, and any challenges you may be facing so I can see the full picture of your health. We’ll explore what’s been working for you, what hasn’t, and what you hope to achieve, laying the foundation for a personalized plan that truly fits your life.
