Discuss your goals Whether it’s improving energy, managing a health condition, supporting digestion, or reaching a healthy weight, we’ll identify what matters most to you. Assess your current nutrition I’ll take a look at your typical meals, preferences, and any barriers you’ve been facing. Create a personalized plan You’ll leave the session with practical strategies and first steps you can start right away—tailored to your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Set expectations for ongoing support We’ll talk about follow-up sessions, accountability, and how we can track your progress together.
