About Krishna
I'm an Ohio-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. My passion for health and wellness started in childhood, inspired by my father, a physician who was a true advocate for lifestyle medicine. He taught me that "health is wealth" and demonstrated the importance of well-being through his own actions. My focus on nutrition solidified in college, leading me to earn a Master of Science in Nutrition and complete a coordinated dietetic internship program. I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients, helping them with goals that include improving their relationship with food, managing weight, and addressing chronic health concerns such as kidney disease, prediabetes, cancer, metabolic syndrome, high cholesterol, and blood pressure. I believe in meeting you where you are in your health journey and working together to make sustainable, lifelong changes so you can live your best life.

As a registered dietitian and lifestyle medicine professional, my approach to care is rooted in empathy and a passion for whole-person health. I don't believe in treating body parts; I believe in treating the whole person. My first priority is getting to know you. I'll meet you where you are in your health journey so we can move forward together to make positive, natural, and sustainable changes. I reject one-size-fits-all solutions, instead focus on a personalized, whole-person approach to nutrition to empower you to be your best self. I live and practice by a simple motto: small changes + repetitive action = cumulative results.
Your first session with Krishna
Our first meeting is all about getting to know you in a nonjudgemental space. We’ll start with a comprehensive assessment of your health and nutrition status, including: • Your goals for working with a dietitian. • Your past and present nutrition behaviors, including a typical day of eating. • Your relationship with food and any past experiences with diet or lifestyle changes. • Your unique daily and weekly routine to ensure a plan that works for you. We’ll also discuss your activity levels and health history. This comprehensive approach ensures that by the end of our meeting, we will have a clear understanding of your goals and set realistic first steps together in your health journey.
