About Krista
Hi, my name is Krista. I take a holistic approach to health and wellness and want individuals to eat and move in a way that supports their lives and values. I love helping others improve their relationship with food and their body and I have a lot of experience with fueling for sports performance and adequate recovery.
Approach to care
I am a non-diet, weight-inclusive, HAES aligned provider who practices from an intuitive eating lens focusing on building positive health behaviors. We will work together to set realistic and sustainable goals that will help nourish your body and enrich your life. I believe that all foods fit and that itβs important to honor the many roles of food, including comfort and pleasure.
Your first session with Krista
You can expect a relaxed and supportive environment. The first session will be a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to learn more about your goals. We will explore topics like current eating patterns, medical history, movement, and relationship with food and your body, among many others.
