About Krista
I am a Registered Dietitian with more than 10 years of experience working at large children's hospitals with pediatric patients and their families on their growth and overall health and more specifically, with pediatric feeding disorders. I also have extensive experience working with food allergies, GI disorders including Celiac disease, and tube feeding.
Approach to care
My approach is individualized to each patient and family so that you are able to reach your goals in a way that works for you. I use evidence-based approaches in combination with meeting patients and families where you are to reach long-term goals and help you to sustain your new skills and habits.
Your first session with Krista
During our initial session, we will spend time discussing your nutrition and medical history as well as your own experiences, strengths, and barriers in order to set both short-term and long-term goals that we both feel good about to work towards together. I will also explain how our ongoing sessions together will be structured and answer any questions you may have about working with a Registered Dietitian.
