I am a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience working in large children’s hospitals and gastroenterology clinics, supporting patients and their families in improving growth, overall health, and managing complex nutrition needs. My areas of expertise include pediatric feeding disorders, food allergies, gastrointestinal conditions such as Celiac disease, IBS, and EoE, tube feeding, weight management, and general nutrition.

I combine evidence-based practices with a compassionate, collaborative style to support lasting progress and empower you with sustainable skills and habits.

Your first session with Krista

During our initial session, we’ll take time to explore your nutrition and medical history, along with your unique experiences, strengths, and any challenges you may be facing. Together, we’ll set meaningful short- and long-term goals that feel achievable and aligned with your needs. I’ll also walk you through what to expect from our ongoing sessions and answer any questions you may have about working with a Registered Dietitian.
