About Kristen
Hi! I've been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 30 years! My passion is helping people on their health journey to feel and look their best, with the energy and endurance to live life to their fullest (well into their 90's and beyond!). I have worked in a variety of settings over the years, including owning my own personal training business!
Approach to care
My approach to care is a collaborative process! I truly listen to your individual needs and obstacles, and together we will come up with a plan that is realistic and sustainable. I believe that good health has multiple pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Stress Management. Together we will look at all those areas and determine where improvements can be made.
Your first session with Kristen
In our first session, I will get to know your unique situation including your health history, obstacles, and goals, and you will get to know me as well! I will "meet you where you are" without judgment, and we will set a few goals to get you on your way to becoming the best version of yourself.
