Hi, Iām Kristen, a Registered Dietitian with 13 years of experience in both clinical (hospital) and outpatient nutrition. My passion is empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition strategies. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, and have recently focused on holistic and functional nutrition to offer a more comprehensive, well-rounded approach. Over the years, Iāve helped countless clients make lasting changesāwhether itās achieving weight loss, more energy, or improving labs. My approach is always compassionate and non-judgmental, and I meet you where you are in your journey. When Iām not working, you can find me spending time with my family, going for walks, baking, or continuing my education.

This session is about understanding your unique needsāwhether itās managing a medical condition, reaching a weight goal, or simply feeling better in your day-to-day life. Weāll also review your medical history, lifestyle, and any dietary preferences or restrictions, so that I can craft a nutrition plan that works for you. Iāll provide you with actionable tips and resources that you can start implementing immediately. My aim is to empower you with knowledge and set you up for success from the very beginning. By the end of our first session, youāll have a clear understanding of how weāll work together, and Iāll be there to support you every step of the way.
