About Kristen
I am a Licensed Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician located in DFW, Texas. I have a vast amount of experience in providing medical nutrition therapy to all ages with a variety of different diseases/conditions including cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, heart health, bariatrics, weight loss, and more! I love getting to know each of my patients and empowering them to reach their nutrition goals. I am married to my husband who is an Executive Chef and have three beautiful children (ages 5, 7, 10) who always keep me on my toes with their extra-curricular activities. Lastly, I have a labrador retriever named Biscuit and goldendoodle named Nala.

Your first session with Kristen
In our first session, we'll work together to understand your health goals and design a personalized approach to reach them. The first appointment usually includes introductions, confirming medical history, conducting full initial nutrition assessment, setting short- and long-term goals, and expectations moving forward.
