About Kristen
Hi, I'm Kristen! I have 9 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. I have worked with patients from neonates, pediatrics, adults through geriatrics. I have had the opportunity to work with conditions including cancer, stroke, heart disease, weight loss/gain and so much more. I believe nutrition plays a critical role in health and healing, but it is only one piece of the puzzle. I am here to help make nutrition easy to understand and fun!
Approach to care
I like to look at the big picture. As stated above, nutrition is only one piece of the puzzle. I will look at your health and habits as a whole and how they might be affecting your nutrition. Using this information, we can work together to create small changes that will lead to a lasting improvement in health. I will meet you where you're at and walk along this journey right by your side!
Your first session with Kristen
In our first session, you can expect an in-depth discussion about your medical history, nutrition history and current eating habits. I want to know your reason for getting healthier. We will talk about barriers to making changes and how we can work around them. I am so excited to get to know you!
