About Kristen

Hi, I’m Kristen—Registered Dietitian and fellow human who knows how exhausting it can feel to constantly think about food, your body, or whether you're "doing it right." I work with women who are tired of the all-or-nothing cycle—those who want to feel better physically and emotionally but aren’t interested in dieting ever again. Whether you’re struggling with emotional eating, PCOS symptoms, anxiety, or just feeling disconnected from your body, I’m here to help you find a more sustainable and peaceful way forward. Outside of sessions, I love finding new recipes, hiking with my dog, and being in nature. I believe food should be nourishing and enjoyable—and that you don’t have to choose between health and happiness. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to work together.

Approach to care

I believe that nutrition should support your life—not control it. My approach is rooted in science, but is also realistic. We’ll focus on fueling your body with enough food (yes, including carbs!), building balanced habits that support your energy and mood, and letting go of the guilt that so often surrounds eating. Together, we’ll focus on consistent nourishment, body trust, and small changes that make a big impact over time.

Your first session with Kristen

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk through your health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, and what brought you here—no judgment, no pressure. I want to understand your goals, challenges, and what you need support with, so we can create a plan that feels doable and meaningful. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ll ask questions, listen closely, and together we’ll start laying the foundation for nourishing your body in a way that supports both your physical and mental health. You can expect a collaborative, supportive space where you’re heard and respected. Come as you are. I’m here to meet you there.
