Patient reviews

  • A SIBO diagnosis, perimenopause and what felt like my developing an unhealthy relationship with food (at over 45 years of age) led me to Nourish. Kristen helped me refocus my efforts on implementing a low FODMAP diet and offered a variety of resources through the app, including meal and snack options. We identified that gluten was likely playing a part in my struggles and she provided excellent support in helping me adapt to a gluten-free diet. She was instrumental in setting me up for success!

About Kristen

Hello and welcome! I'm Kristen, a dietitian specializing in whole-body approach to wellness. I combine 20+ years in clinical nutrition, kidney care, and culinary arts, with a more recent and passionate interest in integrative and functional nutrition.

Approach to care

My jam is integrating evidence-based practices and functional nutrition approaches. I’ll meet you where you are in your own health journey. Based on your goals, we’ll collaborate on clinical nutrition interventions for chronic health conditions and whole-body wellness. For those with an interest in exploring more, together we’ll navigate your journey through a functional lens holding a deeper understanding of health issues and approaches to care.

Your first session with Kristen

Our first session will allow us to get to know each other. We will review your health history, recent labs, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep and stress habits, and overall goals. I’ll ask many questions, and together we will explore a reasonable and achievable path to wellness.
