About Kristen
I'm Kristen. I have been a dietitian for over 10 years. I have experience working in many nutrition settings - acute care, ICU, rehab, surgical/non-surgical weight loss, diabetes, public speaking, oncology, long-term care, lifestyle change/general nutrition, sports nutrition. I have a big heart for oncology nutrition as both of my parents are cancer survivors. My current passions are lifestyle change/weight loss (with or without GLP-1 support) & sports nutrition. I find joy in helping people unlearn diet culture norms, chew through misinformation, and feel more confident! I can't wait to empower you to change your health!
Approach to care
First and foremost - I prioritize meeting you where you're at! Nutrition isn't one-size-fits-all and it is important to me that you feel supported in a judgement-free space. I favor a whole-foods-first approach and provide small, sustainable change recommendations as we work towards your goals.
Your first session with Kristen
In our first appointment, you and I will dive into your history, current patterns/behaviors, answer any questions you may have, and come up with an individualized strategy for you to achieve the goals you have.
