About Kristen

I’m Kristen, a Registered Dietitian with 4+ years of experience helping real people feel better in their bodies, managing diabetes, calming gut issues, building energy, and losing weight without the all-or-nothing mindset. I earned my Dietetics degree from Arkansas State University and fell in love with translating solid nutrition science into everyday habits that actually fit your life. This work is deeply fulfilling to me! There’s nothing better than watching a client feel like themselves again: stronger, clearer, and in control.

Approach to care

My approach is simple: I meet you where you’re at. I take the time to understand your life, your routines, and what actually feels doable for you, because real change only sticks when it fits your real life. I don’t hand out rigid plans or expect perfection. We talk, we figure out what matters most to you, and we build from there. I look at the full picture: your symptoms, lifestyle, stress, and daily habits to help you make changes that feel supportive instead of overwhelming. Everything we do is sustainable, flexible, and judgment-free. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident in the steps you’re taking, with clear guidance and steady encouragement the whole way!

Your first session with Kristen

A relaxed, real conversation. We’ll talk through your health history, day-to-day routines, stress, and goals. I’ll listen for what’s getting in the way and what’s already working, then we’ll create 2–3 clear next steps (think protein targets, simple swaps, or a meal plan). You’ll leave with a personalized starter plan that feels doable now, and a path we’ll build on together.

Hobbies

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with family and friends. Whether we're sharing a meal, catching up, or enjoying the outdoors together. I'm passionate about cooking and especially enjoy grilling whenever I get the chance. I also love to read, both for personal growth and fun. Some of my favorite authors include Brandon Sanderson and Pierce Brown. I can always get lost in a good fantasy or sci-fi book.
