About Kristen
With over four years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I’ve supported individuals across a wide range of health goals, from managing chronic conditions to improving energy, achieving sustainable weight loss, and building healthier relationships with food. I earned my degree in Dietetics from Arkansas State University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based care and a passion for helping people feel their best through nutrition. No matter where you’re starting, I’m here to help you find realistic, personalized strategies that fit your life and empower you to take control of your health. Whether you're managing diabetes, working through digestive issues, aiming for weight loss, or just trying to regain control of your health, I’m here to walk alongside you with personalized support and evidence-based strategies. Nutrition should empower you, not overwhelm you, and I’m committed to helping you feel your best from the inside out.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in compassion, personalization, and practicality. I believe nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, and I work closely with each client to develop realistic goals that fit their unique lifestyle, preferences, and health needs. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, exploring weight loss , or simply trying to feel better day to day, I take the time to understand your full health picture (physical, emotional, and environmental). Together, we create sustainable strategies that promote long-term wellness, not quick fixes. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and motivated to take control of your health. At a pace that feels right for you.
Your first session with Kristen
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss your health history, current habits, lifestyle, and goals. I want to understand the full picture of what’s going on (physically, emotionally, and even day-to-day routines) so I can tailor my recommendations to fit your life. You can expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where your concerns and priorities are the focus. We'll identify key areas to work on together and begin building a personalized plan that feels manageable and realistic. Whether you're seeking support with weight loss, chronic conditions, or simply wanting to feel more energized, our first session sets the foundation for long-term success, on your terms.

Hobbies
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with family and friends. Whether we're sharing a meal, catching up, or enjoying the outdoors together. I'm passionate about cooking and especially enjoy grilling whenever I get the chance. I also love to read, both for personal growth and fun. Some of my favorite authors include Brandon Sanderson and Pierce Brown. I can always get lost in a good fantasy or sci-fi book.
