About Kristi
Registered Dietitian Nutritionalist and Certified Recovery Coach. I have worked for many years in hospital settings, taught nutrition to nursing students at the college level, developed diabetes programs, former Clinical Nutrition Manager and mentor to multiple dietitians, nursing homes, dialysis centers, eating disorder clinics, and pediatric populations. More recently I have focused on the role mental health and substance abuse plays on our overall health and nutritional well-being.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition comes from building consistency, balance, and variety in the most liberalized way possible. I take an individualized approach to ensure each person's nutritional needs are met. I am a passionate, reliable, and hard-working Dietitian who possesses the depth of knowledge and experience that always has a positive impact on the patients and clients under my care.
Your first session with Kristi
During your first visit with me, you can expect a thorough assessment of your health and eating habits, followed by goal setting and nutrition counseling. Together we will individualize a treatment plan that meets your specific needs. Please come with goals and objectives of your own to get the most out of our time together.
