About Kristin
Hi, I’m Kristin, a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping you feel your best through nourishing, balanced choices that fit your life. I know that food is deeply personal—it’s tied to our culture, our emotions, and our well-being. That’s why my approach is about more than just nutrition; it’s about meeting you where you are, understanding your unique needs, and creating a plan that feels sustainable and empowering. Whether you’re navigating a health condition, struggling with digestive issues, or simply looking to feel more energized, I’m here to support you with compassion and evidence-based guidance. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, and together, we’ll find what works best for you. Outside of work, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, enjoying nature, and spending time with loved ones. I’d love to be part of your journey and help you build a positive, stress-free relationship with food!
Approach to care
Personalized & Realistic: Your health journey is unique, and your nutrition plan should be too. Non-Judgmental & Supportive: Food is more than fuel; it’s connection, culture, and comfort. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore changes at your own pace without guilt or shame. Evidence-Based & Practical: Nutrition advice can feel overwhelming. I break down the science into simple, actionable steps so you can make informed choices that feel natural and achievable. Empowerment Over Restriction: Instead of focusing on what to cut out, I help you build a positive relationship with food, emphasizing nourishment, enjoyment, and long-term success. Holistic & Whole-Person Focused: Health isn’t just about food—it’s also about sleep, stress, movement, and mindset. I consider the full picture to help you create sustainable habits that support your well-being.
Your first session with Kristin
Your first session is all about getting to know you: your health history, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you may be facing. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to take steps toward better health. We will take a deep dive into your health & lifestyle: Your medical history and any current health concerns, Your relationship with food and past diet experiences, digestive health, energy levels, stress, sleep, and activity, and your daily routine, food preferences, and cooking habits. We will clarify your goals: Whether you’re managing a health condition, looking for more energy, or improving your relationship with food, we’ll work together to define clear, achievable goals tailored to your needs. We will personalize nutrition guidance: I’ll provide practical, science-based recommendations that fit your lifestyle—without overwhelming you.
