About Kristin
Hi! I am Kristin. I have been a Registered Dietitian in private practice for over 20 years. This extensive experience has allowed me to perfect my skills in providing personalized guidance and empathetic support. I have been doing this long enough to really understand what will actually work for you. I am passionate about helping others improve their overall health. Life can be chaotic and busy - I can truly relate to this! I am here to make this part of your journey as simple as possible.
Approach to care
There is not a 'one size fits all' approach. You are unique and deserve a personalized plan. I listen to your needs and challenges to help you create achievable goals and sustainable change. It is important for me to create a judgement-free, compassionate environment for you. I also try to focus on health and how our food choices impact this, as well as how it impacts your energy level and mood. I will empower you through coaching to build skills and confidence. My goal for you is to have fun with this nutrition journey!
Your first session with Kristin
We will get to know each other. I will ask a lot of questions about your interests, relationship with food, diet, lifestyle, and medical/family history. I will take the time to listen to YOU and understand what goals matter most to you. Together, we’ll start creating a personalized plan, and you’ll leave your first session with clear, actionable steps

Hobbies
If I am not working or being a Mom Uber, I enjoy taking long walks. I also love to challenge myself to create delicious and healthy, easy meals. I like to spend any free time I have on the weekends with my husband and twin daughters either in the backyard or watching sports, especially baseball and hockey. I enjoy listening to music and going to concerts.
