Patient reviews

  • ā€œKristen has been so helpful during my time with her so far. She is very knowledgeable and is particularly good at applying all that she knows to everyday situations. I didn’t quite know what to expect when I started Nourish, but I didn’t think that one of the hardest things around food for me would be my habits. Kristen has been so encouraging that it’s not about restricting, just listening to my body. I am so grateful for Kristen in helping me make realizations and reach my goals! ā€œ

  • ā€œKristin is wonderful to work with! She listens and makes things very relatable. Her small tweaks makes change easy and has really helped me change some of my eating habits. Getting coached by Kristin has modified my way of thinking about food and exercise in a very positive way - making change attainable and realistic. I highly recommend her! Thank you so much, Kristin!ā€œ

  • ā€œKristin is knowledgeable, supportive and personable. She listens well and gives sound advice. I feel she truly cares about her patients success on this health journey. Judgment free zone some great ideas even shares recipes throughout the week. I recently went on a cruise and I was very anxious about it, we planned ahead and I heard her in my head with my portions and making good choices. I plan to work with Kristin for a very long time even when I’m at my goal.ā€œ

About Kristin

Hi! I’m Kristin—thanks for stopping by. After two decades in this field, I’ve learned what actually works in real life—and what doesn’t. I don’t believe in quick fixes, rigid rules, or plans that fall apart the moment life gets busy (because let’s be honest… it does). I’m here to help you navigate your health with clarity and confidence. I support people navigating chronic and hormonal conditions—such as PCOS, menopause, diabetes, and heart health concerns—as well as those experiencing weight changes and wanting to improve their overall health in a way that’s realistic, sustainable, and free from rigid rules. This also includes helping people break free from stress eating, emotional eating, and the cycle of guilt and frustration that so often comes with food. My role is to simplify nutrition, cut through the noise, and support you with practical strategies that fit your life—not the other way around.

Approach to care

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition or health. You are unique, and your care should reflect that. My approach is personalized, compassionate, and judgment-free. I take the time to truly listen—to understand your lifestyle, challenges, history, and goals—so we can create a plan that feels realistic and achievable. This isn’t about strict rules or quick fixes; it’s about building sustainable habits that support your health, energy, and overall well-being. We’ll look beyond just food and explore how daily routines, mindset, stress, sleep, and behaviors all work together. Through supportive coaching, I’ll help you build practical skills, confidence, and a healthier relationship with food—so you feel empowered to make choices that last long after our sessions end. Most importantly, I want this journey to feel encouraging, doable, and even enjoyable. You don’t have to do this alone.

Your first session with Kristin

Your first session is all about YOU. We’ll take time to get to know each other, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your health history, lifestyle, relationship with food, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. I want to understand what matters most to you—not just what you think you should work on. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized plan, and you’ll leave your first session with clear, actionable steps you can start right away—no overwhelm, no judgment, just forward momentum.

Hobbies

When I’m not working or being a full-time mom uber, I enjoy long walks and getting creative with easy, healthy meals. On weekends, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my husband and twin daughters—either in the backyard or watching sports, especially baseball and hockey. I also love music and never pass up a good concert.
