Patient reviews
āKristen has been so helpful during my time with her so far. She is very knowledgeable and is particularly good at applying all that she knows to everyday situations. I didnāt quite know what to expect when I started Nourish, but I didnāt think that one of the hardest things around food for me would be my habits. Kristen has been so encouraging that itās not about restricting, just listening to my body. I am so grateful for Kristen in helping me make realizations and reach my goals! ā

āKristin is wonderful to work with! She listens and makes things very relatable. Her small tweaks makes change easy and has really helped me change some of my eating habits. Getting coached by Kristin has modified my way of thinking about food and exercise in a very positive way - making change attainable and realistic. I highly recommend her! Thank you so much, Kristin!ā

āKristin is knowledgeable, supportive and personable. She listens well and gives sound advice. I feel she truly cares about her patients success on this health journey. Judgment free zone some great ideas even shares recipes throughout the week. I recently went on a cruise and I was very anxious about it, we planned ahead and I heard her in my head with my portions and making good choices. I plan to work with Kristin for a very long time even when Iām at my goal.ā

About Kristin
Hi! Iām Kristināthanks for stopping by. After two decades in this field, Iāve learned what actually works in real lifeāand what doesnāt. I donāt believe in quick fixes, rigid rules, or plans that fall apart the moment life gets busy (because letās be honest⦠it does). Iām here to help you navigate your health with clarity and confidence. I support people navigating chronic and hormonal conditionsāsuch as PCOS, menopause, diabetes, and heart health concernsāas well as those experiencing weight changes and wanting to improve their overall health in a way thatās realistic, sustainable, and free from rigid rules. This also includes helping people break free from stress eating, emotional eating, and the cycle of guilt and frustration that so often comes with food. My role is to simplify nutrition, cut through the noise, and support you with practical strategies that fit your lifeānot the other way around.
Approach to care
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition or health. You are unique, and your care should reflect that. My approach is personalized, compassionate, and judgment-free. I take the time to truly listenāto understand your lifestyle, challenges, history, and goalsāso we can create a plan that feels realistic and achievable. This isnāt about strict rules or quick fixes; itās about building sustainable habits that support your health, energy, and overall well-being. Weāll look beyond just food and explore how daily routines, mindset, stress, sleep, and behaviors all work together. Through supportive coaching, Iāll help you build practical skills, confidence, and a healthier relationship with foodāso you feel empowered to make choices that last long after our sessions end. Most importantly, I want this journey to feel encouraging, doable, and even enjoyable. You donāt have to do this alone.
Your first session with Kristin
Your first session is all about YOU. Weāll take time to get to know each other, and Iāll ask thoughtful questions about your health history, lifestyle, relationship with food, and what has or hasnāt worked for you in the past. I want to understand what matters most to youānot just what you think you should work on. Together, weāll begin creating a personalized plan, and youāll leave your first session with clear, actionable steps you can start right awayāno overwhelm, no judgment, just forward momentum.
