About Kristin

Hi, I’m Kristin! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a functional approach to health, specializing in gut health and metabolism. I have a Master’s in Entrepreneurial Nutrition from Saint Elizabeth University and have been an RD since 2018. With experience in both hospital and mental health settings, I bring a well-rounded, root-cause perspective to care. I also want to be transparent: while many clients naturally see body composition changes as their gut, hormones, and metabolism improve, intentional weight loss is not the focus of my practice. My work centers on healing, nourishment, and building a healthier relationship with food and your body. If weight loss is your top goal, we may not be the best fit — and that’s totally okay. My goal is for you to find the support that aligns best with your needs!

Approach to care

As a Functional Dietitian, I focus on a root-cause approach; not just managing symptoms, but uncovering the underlying factors that contribute to them. My ultimate goal is to empower you to live a healthier, happier life in every aspect because we all deserve to feel our best! I also believe that health and nutrition goals can be achieved without the stress or deprivation that comes with dieting. Food should be enjoyable, nourishing, and energizing, and I’m here to help you build a better relationship with it. Together, we’ll take the stress out of mealtime and make it something you can truly look forward to.

Your first session with Kristin

In our first session, my goal is to truly understand your unique lifestyle, food preferences, health challenges, and personal goals. We’ll dive into what’s been holding you back and what you’re looking to achieve, while also exploring your mindset around health and nutrition! Together, we’ll establish realistic expectations and create a personalized plan to guide you toward your lasting transformation. Each session will build on the last, ensuring we make steady, meaningful progress toward your goals!
