About Kristin
Hi, I’m Kristin—a non-diet dietitian and mom who understands how overwhelming it can feel to care for your health in the middle of a busy life. With over 17 years of experience, I specialize in supporting women who feel stuck in a cycle of dieting, binge eating, or food guilt—especially those navigating PCOS, diabetes, ADHD, high cholesterol, or body image struggles. Helping clients reconnect with joy and trust in the way they nourish themselves is one of my greatest passions.
Approach to care
I take a compassionate, realistic approach to nutrition—one that honors YOUR body, YOUR story, and YOUR season of life. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I use the principles of Intuitive Eating as the foundation of my nutrition therapy. This flexible approach helps rebuild trust with your body and create a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food. This doesn’t mean we ignore nutrition- we just look at it through a different lens. My goal is to help you ditch the guilt and confusion around food and learn to trust your body again. I love helping women simplify meal planning, find freedom and joy in food, and take care of their bodies without obsessing over every bite! No strict rules. No shame. Just evidence-based guidance with a side of real-life practicality—because nutrition should work in your actual life, not just on paper.
Your first session with Kristin
Your first session is all about setting the foundation. We’ll spend time getting to know each other as I learn about your relationship with food, health history, current habits, and what’s most important to you—whether that’s managing a condition, improving energy levels, or finding a more peaceful relationship with eating. I’ll explain my approach, answer any questions you have, and we’ll begin to map out a personalized plan that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with your values. Expect a lot of encouragement, zero judgment, and maybe even a few laughs along the way!
