About Kristin
Hi, I’m Kristin Robb, a Registered Dietitian based in the Bronx, New York. I’ve been working in the acute care setting for almost five years now. My path to becoming a dietitian wasn’t a straight line. I fell in love with food early on, watching my mom bake pies and bread from scratch. For a while, I thought I’d be a chef — but life had other plans. After serving ten years in the Army Reserves and discovering bodybuilding, I found what really drives me: helping people understand how what we eat, how we move, and how we feel are all connected. My own body has gone through many changes over the years, so I get how challenging it can be to stay balanced. As your dietitian, I’m not here to judge or restrict — I’m here to coach you toward realistic, sustainable habits that fit your life.
Approach to care
As a dietitian, my approach is personal, practical, and based on real life. I meet you where you are—whether you’re managing a health condition, recovering from surgery, or working toward goals like strength, endurance, or body recomposition. With my background in acute care and the military, I combine structure with empathy to help you set realistic goals and build lasting habits. My goal isn’t to hand you strict rules or a cookie-cutter meal plan—it’s to help you understand your body, your choices, and the “why” behind them. Together, we’ll create a flexible plan that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and budget, so you can feel confident and at peace with food in everyday life.
Your first session with Kristin
During our first session, my goal is simply to get to know you—not just what you eat, but who you are. We’ll talk about your health history, daily habits, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a plan that truly fits your life. I’ll ask about things like what a typical day of eating looks like, your energy levels, sleep, stress, and any medical conditions or medications that might play a role. We’ll also talk about what “success” means to you—whether that’s feeling better, managing a condition, or building healthier habits. By the end, you’ll leave with a few realistic goals and a clear idea of how we’ll work together moving forward. No need to change anything before we meet—just come as you are.
